HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

Wave Life products purchased at full price are eligible for exchanges within 30 days of delivery date.

Please note we can only grant exchanges once. Refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

If one of our swim trunks doesn’t work out for you, please reach out to us via email and we will gladly exchange it for a better size.

Email info@wavelife.us to verify that the size or model is still available.

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), the shipping back to you for an exchange is on us.
  2. In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
  3. To exchange your product, please mail your item(s) to:

  4. Please print, fill out, and include the Return/Exchange Form with your items. This will make your exchange faster.  You can print it out HERE.
  5. Make sure your item is returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  6. We will ship your new item(s) as soon as we receive and review the item(s) requested for exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

While we cover the costs of shipping exchanges back to the customer in the U.S, we cannot do so on international orders so please make sure you choose the right size.

HOW TO GET A REFUND

Wave Life products purchased at full price are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery date.

No refunds for items purchased using a store credit, sale items and/or promo codes.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

  1. Email info@wavelife.us with the reason you are requesting your refund and we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product.
  2. In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
  3. Please print, fill out, and include the Return/Exchange Form with your items. This will make your return faster. You can print it out HERE.
  4. Make sure your item is returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
  5. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment and you will receive an email notification.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@wavelife.us 

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items purchased on sale.
  • Items purchased using store credit or promo codes.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after it's delivery date.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Any product that arrives to the customer defective must be reported within a week of it's delivery date and can be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days of receiving the item.
